All of them.
I know it would be more Nerdfighter-cool to pick one of his earlier books, but I have to say TFiOS since I played a (tiny) role in its creations (see the acknowledgements!) and really felt like he articulated so much of my feelings as an amputee, young cancer survivor, and aspiring Peter Van Houten.
