Where do you get inspiration for your stories? I love your thrillers! Ashes to Ashes got me hooked. Louisa

Tami Hoag ASHES TO ASHES was inspired by a series of murders that took place in Minneapolis in the 90's. Often an actual crime will spark my interest and make me want to develop a story around it. In the case of COLD COLD HEART, I had to continue on with a character from THE 9TH GIRL because I wanted to know how she would deal with what she'd been through.
