I just wanted to let you know about something weird I've just noticed about your Vorkosigan books? On both Amazon and Audible, the series is called "Miles Vorsokigan". I got *really* confused for a minute, wondering how I could be misremembering Vorkosigan so poorly for 3+decades, until I saw that the books are all labeled correctly. It's just the "collection" or whatever it's called that's wrong. FYI. :)

Yes, my agent and I have been trying for years to get that typo corrected. Amazon Help, which isn't, keeps sending us around in circles. I can't correct it because I wasn't the originator-of-record of the placement, and am not allowed; my agent can't because of some other argle-barge about content-versus-label, and Amazon won't, at either of our requests. Very frustrating.
It's strictly a Kindle problem, not any of our other vendors.

Hi, my turn to ask a question so food. Can you remember what an "Oil Cake" is supposed to be ? Mountains of Mourning breakfast AND after Caz's breakfast before collecting Laundry in Curse of Chalion. The dictionary doesn't help and nor do the recipe pages give a likely answer. Could be just a cake' fried in oil I suppose ?

Wondering about employment of the Koudelka girls. Obviously not necessary for the story to tell us, but I don't recall any info about jobs for Delia or Olivia. I feel like paying jobs for females would have been discouraged by class issues in old Barrayar, but progressive leanings would have encouraged employment. Would you satisfy my curiousity?
