I’ve reread the Vorkosigan Saga many times, and Captain Vorpatril's Alliance has recently become my favorite. I enjoy how Jackson’s Whole evolves across the books—from the cold Houses in Labyrinth, to the more familiar Cordonah. What is the relationship between House Cordonah and House Fell now that both are closer to Barrayar? Also, where did the idea for the game Rish and Tej play come from? Thank you!

The relation between Cordonah and Fell, when last seen, is much as ever, uneasy neighbors with occasional alliances (or rivalries) of some current interest.

Rish and Tej's game of Great Houses is, of course, inspired by Monopoly, a board game of my childhood in the 50s I used to play with my older brothers. Updated, because this is SF of a sort.

Hello! I loved the Sharing Knife and Chalion series, but Sharing Knife really resonated with me. It's such a unique world and I've never read one like it. While I'm sure you get these questions all the time, will you explore the Sharing Knife universe further? Perhaps maybe a 50 years into the future or something.
