Books for a slightly-younger-than-teenage audience are becoming a very exciting area in publishing. What are the other authors in this age range that you read?

Jeff Kinney I don't lead a lot of kids' books. I tend to read sports and history books for whatever reason. But it does seem like we're in a golden age of kids' literature... there are so many more offerings than there were when I was a kid!
