Goodreads asked Tabitha Barret:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Tabitha Barret It's easy enough to say, don't give up, but it's important to believe it. I started writing the elements of this first book in college and it was a disaster. I was over thinking things and trying to write in a genre that I wasn't comfortable with. After coming at the story from a different perspective, I was able to solve the problems I was having. I moved from fantasy into paranormal romance and things started happening. I found that it's easier for me to write about handsome angels than about ugly troll-like creatures. You find to write what you enjoy.
