Mr. Barclay, I just wanted to say I finished reading your book "No Time for Goodbye" and I have to say it was brilliant. It kept me guessing till the very end, the twists and turns were intricately woven in the plot, and I genuinely enjoyed the humorous parts here and there. Linwood Barclay Thanks so much, Emily, for the kind words. Eric McCormack, who was Will in Will&Grace, tried for four years to make that into a movie, but it did not come together. It has now been optioned for a TV movie in France. So, who knows, one way or another, it might come to a screen somewhere.

First,I have to say that I LOVE your books. I came across them at my local library and have read almost all of them. I have 2 questions. First, How long does it usually take you to complete a book from start to finish? And Second , What other Author do you think is most like your writing style? Im looking for some more books just like yours to hold me over while I wait for you to do more!! I am always left shocked!

Hi Linwood! My husband and I just finished the last awesome book in the Promise Falls series. Will there be another book featuring Detective Barry and PI Cal? Good solid characters that we'd like to know more about, like did they move forward from the events in the Falls?
