Finish the draft because then you can edit it. Remind yourself that you wanted to write that story - why did you? Maybe pin that somewhere and look at it. Celebrate any small achievement: a short story place or a chapter completed or a wonderful bit of writing. Try to enjoy it and, if you don't, get out while you can and do something else while you still can..!
