Danielle Urban asked Lori Wilde:

I don't know if readers are aware of this, but you have put a lot of yourself inside of your writing. Such as in Back in the Game, with zip lining. Plus, the novel's location being in Texas. Did you intentionally plan to put a little of yourself into your novels? Or did that just happen by itself? I was wonder if authors do that purposely or not. Pretty neat.

Lori Wilde I do put my life experiences in my books. What's the old advice, write what you know? I think all authors put their experiences in their books whether they do it intentionally or not. In some cases, as in THE SWEETHEARTS' KNITTING CLUB, I learned to knit while writing the book.
