Petruccio Hambasket IV
Petruccio Hambasket IV asked Manny Rayner:

In the Illiad why is Nestor so unconcerned with his general surrounding (Book 11), he drinks with his injured friend without pausing to remember the extreme chaos that is very close to him. What is it with old bumbling men and their inability to properly react to a situation. Is Nestor delusional, a romantic, a culture hero or a god? Please respond google doesn't understand

Manny Rayner The fact that I could not answer your question at all made me feel very insecure. I considered reading Book 11 of the Illiad to look for clues in the text, but decided on reflection that it would be more constructive to go out and get plastered. Sorry, that's the best I could do.
