Andrea Berthot It's not! There is a sequel called The Hypnotic City that is already written and will be published probably sometime next year (official date hasn't been set yet). In a way it is more of a companion than a sequel - The Heartless City is conclusive and doesn't end on a cliffhanger - but it takes place a couple of years later and follow a minor character in Heartless (Philomena) who becomes the protagonist of her own story in a new adventure in Hypnotic. :)
