Vernice
Vernice asked Kendare Blake:

What do you think is the differences between men and women writing horror? Other than the individual that'd doing the writing, do you think each gender has something different that they bring to the table?

Kendare Blake I think that every writer regardless of gender has something to bring to the table. I grew up reading both male and female horror authors, and I never really noticed any "gendered" themes or qualities. And in my experience, both genders write the opposite gender equally well. There may be differences in perspective, but I can't think of any differences that could be phrased as, "men do this" or "women do it this way". Interesting question.
