I'm assuming you mean 10 cats--and wow, that's a lot of cats! The purring in her house must be very loud.
And nope, I work very hard to not base my characters on anyone I know--including myself. I'm sure there are bits and pieces of me in all of them, but I TRY to keep that to a minimum and let them be their own people.

Just finished the first KEEPER book! I loved how when Sophie asks how long elves live, the answer is "we don't know." So original! But wouldn't the world become overpopulated? Because clearly they do have a lot of kids. I was surprised Sophie didn't ask about this. How does it work?
