I work through it. It's true that sometimes I need to sit with a problem in my manuscript for a few days before I can clearly see my way out of it, but I don't let that keep me from writing. Maybe I skip over a small section on a draft for a day or two, and then come back to it with fresh eyes. I don't let myself take the day off, though. I write around the problematic part and then circle back to it.
