C:When the series is finished, are you going o release like a glossary of talents? D: Why are authors so evil? oops that's four. Thanks!

(view spoiler)[Yep, I've always known all of Mr. Forkle's identities--as well as all the other big things that have been revealed (or have yet to be revealed). Authors kinda have to know that stuff ahead of time, otherwise it would be really hard to properly set it up.
The music thing I don't want to comment too much on, since I try not to explain things that haven't been explained in the books. But the elves in general aren't very artistically focused (see Keefe's father's reaction to his drawing in class).
I'm not sure what I'll do when the series is finished. But I suppose anything is possible.
And authors are evil because it's so much more fun than being nice. :) (hide spoiler)]

Hiya, so I am reading NeverSeen and as I was explaining all the different special abilities in the elf world, a questioned occurred in the back of my mind. How did you choose which character got which ability? For instance, how did you decide that Sophie was going to be the telepath, polygot, inflictor and teleporter? Why not make her a mesmer or an empath? Or how Dex turned out to be an incredible technopath?
