Have you heard of the SpyCast podcast? Have you visited the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C.? What spies do you think inspire the best parts of your spy stories? And how is your friend who worked in the space program?

Stuart Gibbs Haven't heard SpyCast. I have received several private tours of the ISM and have even consulted with them a bit. Hoping to do an event with them this year. I do not base my spy stories on any real spies, but I do base them on what I have learned about spycraft. My astronaut friend is doing well and teaching aeronautical engineering at USC.

Why do you always have SPYDER blowing things up? All the books except the 1st one and the 7th one involve missiles or bombs. Don’t you think it makes the books predictable? Don’t get me wrong, I love them; I’ve just always been curious about that. Maybe you just ran out of ideas? You’re a skilled writer; I don’t think that’s the case. :)
