It's very cool how Orlando is based on David Tennant (I love his Doctor!). Does the actor himself knew you were going to base a character on him in your book? If so, how did he feel about that? (I imagine he would be honored because you're an awesome writer. )

Hello Mrs. Funke, One of my favorite parts from the InkWorld books was whenever one of the Silvertounges would read out a famous character/object from the famous books of our world. Since there were so many different possibilities of books for Meggie, Mo, Orpheus, etc. to read aloud from, how did you decide which ones to use for the story? Also, were there any books you almost considered using instead? Thanks:)
