Don't stop writing! That's probably the best advice I can give. Never give up, and never be afraid to submit your work somewhere, even if you don't think it's very good. Check out www.RAD-Writing.com (where I work) if you have a novel you're ready to submit, or if you want some help getting started. Everybody has to start somewhere.
