You have been my favorite author ever since one of my book groups introduced me to The Eyre Affair. I eagerly await each new book. Could you ask your US publisher(s) to not change your books? I want to read them as written and info on your website indicates that, in some cases, extensive changes are made.

Half way through The Eyre Affair and must admit to being a late bloomer to the Thursday Next series, I stumbled onto the seventh book at my library and loved the outline. How do you not get confused with the intricate storylines? Is everything planned in advance or do you finish a draft and just think you can push the mythology a little further? Love the series and can't wait to get onto Lost in a Good Book.

I'm currently getting a double Master's degrees in Shakespeare, so this is a delight for me. So. My question: If you could change one major thing from any Shakespeare play of your choice, what would you change and how would it affect the rest of the narrative?
