I just wanted to say how much I love your M/m-Books ("Rough Canvas" is one of my all-time-favourites!) and that I was so happy to read in one of your answered questions here on goodreads, that you're planing on writing about Rand and Cai! I find this pairing very interresting! And now I do have a question :-D is it realistic to ask if we'll be able to read it in 2016?

Joey W. Hill Jane, thank you!! I wish I could say yes to that, but I believe it's more likely to be early 2017. I'm working on a standalone title (a different take on the Medusa tale - smile) which I should finish in the fall, and then I'll start on the next Vampire Queen series book, which should be completed and released by early 2017, since my usual turnaround for a book these days is 4-5 months. Cai and Rand are one of the two front runners for this next VQS book; Alistair and Nina have been waiting a long time for their story, so it's still undecided which way the muse will go, but I will keep you all posted through GR, FB, Twitter, website, forum, and newsletter as usual (grin). So glad you asked, and thanks for the lovely compliment about Marcus and Thomas's story!! Have you read their free First Christmas novella? I can't stay away from my characters, so I often write free shorts and novellas for my readers to download. It's my way of thanking you all for your support (and spending more time with the characters myself, lol).
