Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nancy Jane The story came about from a series of short stories that I had written over the years and some events and situations that I had either experienced or was aware of. The thing that started it all rolling along happened when I was driving home from the dentist's office one day and I posed the question of 'what if' from the perspective of a girl I had known in my childhood. From there the story took on a life of its own and the characters came to me and took control as I became submerged in their world. Sometimes you think you are writing the book but maybe the book is writing you!
