Elizabeth Clor Thanks, Owen. I couldn't have written this book sooner because I was still experiencing the journey. But if you are asking why nobody has written a book like this, I think it's because it's difficult to articulate the mental aspects of running and all the emotions that go along with trying to achieve a goal. I've read quite a few blogs from people trying to qualify for Boston, but I haven't seen a single work that captures the full journey to Boston from start to finish. Happy reading (and running)!
