Hi, I'm Teagan! I absolutely love the Ascendance Trilogy, it's my favorite series of all time, and, I've been wondering, where did you get the personality idea for Imogen? (Also, although I think I know how to pronounce it, do prefer it being said as "Imogenn", or "Imojeen"?)

I've recently been reading about Julius Caesar for school and how he got captured by pirates. It reminds me so much of Jaron and how he behaved toward the pirates in "The Runaway King". Did you take any inspiration from the pirates who captured Caesar when you were writing about the Avenian pirates? I think that would be so cool if you did!
