I don't believe in writer's block. I believe in distractions and basic human laziness, which I possess in abundance. But if I sit my ass in the chair, open the word doc and start writing (no internet browsing allowed!) the words will come.
The key for me is to always have an outline planned before I write. That way I know where I'm going and what I want to do. It doesn't always work, and often stuff changes or I end up deleting/trashing stuff I write. But I never end up sitting and staring at a blank page.
