What role do these super quotes in Behind The Eclipse play in contributing to the success of the book?

Pramudith D. Rupasinghe I believe that those quotes are the connectors between the surface story and the philosophy of the book, in other words, those saying or quotes work as a ladder for the reader to go down into the secondary underlaying layer of the book which is not visible to naked eye. Therefore those quotes have contributed to the success of the book playing a facilitatory role in supporting the reader to understand the deeper philosophy in the book.

Did you intentionally included different denominations of Christianity in the book to highlight that religious affiliation is not the core but the faith, or did protagonist encounter those incidents in reality ? In any case, inclusion of above mentioned elements In Behind the Eclipse, takes the reader deep into a philosophical veracity of our world.
