I'd day 16 hours is an awesome achievement! I'm aiming for the full 24, but I won't hesitate to call it quits if I get too sleepy.

I've done before where I spent the first several hours reading the first chapter of 20+ books. So I think that there is something nice about switching up books like you're planning. Hope you have fun!

Don't rest those eyes for too long! ;) Seriously, audio books are the best. I've been in a car all day and I'm so happy for them! ~Ashley

Non-Fiction:

Likely reading Friday/Sunday as part of my extended read-a-thon.

I'm on page 50 of Above the Bridge by Deborah Garner.
I'm snacking on a chocolate chip granola bar and vanilla cream cookies.

I may get up a bit earlier than 8am and start early Saturday because I am busy for a good chunk of the day. I am going to a zoo an hour away from home with several friends. I will bring a couple books with me to read in between hanging with the animals. Maybe I will read aloud to the bears or otters or something. If I can convince someone else to drive, I may be able to squeeze in some kindle time, too. Then in the evening, I should be free and clear to read until my eyes start to droop. #readathon
I do have to sleep because I have plans Sunday night. I will likely read a bit more on Sunday morning/early afternoon, just to cool down from Saturday. #postreadathon

On page 190 of Devil's Garden by Lance Tick.
And that's a wrap for my pre-reads. Be back in the morning for the official start.

Harry potter #7
Don't ask me why I never got to it before. I read the first 6 a while ago.
I may sneak in a bit of audio book between chapters and when I take food breaks.
