* Warning NSSP and possibly TMI post *
My body has betrayed me! But no worries. I'm going in Wed morning in the pre-dawn hours to have a couple feet of colon removed from my body. I'll be in the hospital for up to a week. I'll be off my feet for somewhat longer than that. Since this is the slow time for a photographer, this is the time for me to have this done. Very low mortality with this surgery and I should pull through with flying colors. But with the drugs and sleep times, I don't know how much reading I'll get done. Maybe I'll be awake and hungry for books non-stop. I'll know when I'm living it. Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it.

1. i got a "D" when I read - The Dangerous Protector by Janet Chapman
2. Look what I found on Mel's shelf - You Slay Me by Katie MacAlister
3. Went back to Ohio, but my city was gone - Dogs and Goddesses by Jennifer Crusie, Anne Stuart, and Lani Diane Rich
4. Walking in a Winter Wonderland -
5. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas -
6. Having kids is usually less fun than making them -
7. Cougar or pedophile, it's a thin line -
8. Just what I needed! You shouldn't have! -
9. Really, it's not my Harlequin *whistles innocently* -
10. Look what Amanda picked for me! -

* Warning NSSP and possibly TMI post *
My body has betrayed me! But no worries. I'm going in Wed morning in the pre-dawn hours to ..."
Whew! Fingers-crossed.
Sometimes our bodies just really have to shout 'enough! time out!!!'... until we realise we have to STOP.
I've been off work with bronchitis (a piddly little problem, really) - but it's my first sick leave in 3 years.
