I'm childfree & have no maternal instincts or desires but the way I BAWLED when this woman lost her baby. OMG. She went to the grocery store & the cashier said: "Where's your new baby." & she said: "Dead" & the woman said: "Oh, honey, I'm so sorry. Sometimes God needs a new rose for his garden." At which point the author wrote: "F*ck God & his garden of dead babies." Possibly the most brilliant line I've ever read.

I've read all the books a long time ago but I've never done the audios, so here I go. Going with the original Jim Dale version... his accent is less aggressive.

I'm loving this one. It's about a Fake Medium who is hired by an old woman to get rid of her friend's ghost so he can sell his farm. But the friend is a hot man and he's a skeptic and thinks the fake medium is scamming his friend. But there is an actual real ghost and only the fake (real?) medium can see him. The ghost is hilarious.

This is a hilarious (romantic?) series about a hit man with OCD.

I'm going to have to do some binge listening to make my 2024 challenge. I'm 6 books behind! Wish me luck!

This one was in the Audible Plus catalog, I wasn't sure what to expect but it grabbed me from the first chapter. So well written and narrated. really cute and funny. I'm about halfway through and I'm really rooting for this couple!

I'm LOVING this one so much! I had to step away to finish writing and release My Violent Valentine but this may be my favorite one of the supervillain trilogy!

This isn't my normal read and it's not a romance but it's hilarious and Scalzi has such an engaging voice. I've heard of John Scalzi but I've never read him before.
