Rachael Bell-Irving is a Canadian author creating stories for the everyday reader to escape into, with lots of magic, monsters, and mayhem to spare. When not writing she can be found day-dreaming with a cup of coffee in hand, playing video games with her partner, or causing a tornado in the kitchen as she tries out new recipes.

Dive into the Wicked Conjuring series, a grounded urban fantasy where a witch is forced to team up with a witch hunter on a globe-trotting quest uncovering a darkness lurking in the shadows and meeting a crew of other magical creatures looking for a purpose. This passion led me to take a Classical Studies course in first year university, and eventually focus half my degree on the ancient civilizations of Greece and Rome. I find it fascinating how closely intertwined myth and culture are - full of stories are so captivating that they have Read more of this blog post »
