Books have always held a special place in my life. In 2013 I realized a lifelong dream when my first novel, Walking Through The Mist, was released. Since then I have released two poetry books and two more novels, the latest, The Space Between Notes, also containing a collection of poems after the novel.

I am deeply passionate about Ireland, photography, music, God and nature, themes that are reflected in my writing.

I’ve learned over the years to be brave and step way out of my comfort zone in order to follow my dreams. It’s an ongoing lesson. I can’t wait to see what comes next in my life!

Thank you for the questions Eric.

I’m drawn to Ireland in part because a bit of it is in my blood. Our genetic makeup sometimes drives us. The history is powerful, but I don’t address the history in my books, I set my stories in present times. Also, the culture and landscape draw my heart. The people are strong, the countryside beautiful, the music, literature and other forms of art compelling. My first two books take place there because it just seemed a natural fit. (less)

Fork In The Road

The road of life is sometimes confusing, isn't it? We are frequently faced with forks in the road, when we must choose one direction over the other. Most times, the right road will be clear to us, we'll make our choice and proceed.

Sometimes, though, the right road is unclear. Both roads look equally correct. Both hold benefits for us that outweigh the risks. Or both roads seem equally dangerous. S Read more of this blog post »
