Hello you few dear readers who read this! So, an update. I thought I was almost done and ready to publish the sequel to The Ugly Princess, which is Betrayed by Beauty and then the oddest thing happened. One of my readers asked me if the new book fit my "brand". Okay, I'm new at this and have to admit, I had never even thought about "my brand". I know, what a dummy. So, while I had not written anything sexually explicit in the sequel, there were a couple of scenes the reader felt might offend some of my readers. First, what wonderful feedback, something I had never thought of, so I thought about it...a lot...and decided to rewrite it because I do not want to offend my readers and I want my readers to feel confident when they pick up one of my books, they will NOT be offended. So, a quick rewrite is underway.

Now, for my second manuscript, Woofapalooza - The Devil in the Dog Suit, it should be released in September. If you love dogs, I do believe you will love this book no matter your age. While it is for Middle Graders, it is also for anyone who has a heart for dogs, like me! I love this book and hope you will love it too. I received a terrific review from Kirkus Reviews, and they loved the dogs too! I really think it is something special.

So, thank you for your patience, things are moving forward and the books will be available soon!

I don't know if anyone will even read this. I've dropped off the cliff for the past 2 years, but then Covid has really devastated the world, so tragic, sad and heart-breaking.

Anyway, my 2 manuscripts: Betrayed by Beauty, the sequel to The Ugly Princess and Woofapalooza - The Devil in the Dog Suit are both finished and have been edited by a professional and are ready for a few Beta readers. So few readers, so little time....okay, so I didn't manage to find many readers with The Ugly Princess, which was rather heart-breaking actually, but at least (for the vast majority) for those who did read it, they fell in love with Olive as well. Yes, I'm still working on the sequel, but it is not finished (but going very well).

Sometimes life takes over and takes you down another path than what you planned. Part of that path was beginning on a new series of books called: The Woofapalooza. Book 1: The Devil in a Dog Suit. It's about a shy little dog who must win a big Dog Show in order to save his friends, and I'm very proud of it. I'm looking for a few beta readers if there is anyone out there who's interested. I need a couple of Beta's for the first half of The Ugly Princess sequel as well. If anyone's interested, please let me know. I'd love the help.
