#TheV from us, #ProjectV

It is not a 100% English book. We still put in few Malay stories inside, especially by yours truly. This book is different compared to others out there. Why? Because this book discusses the "heavy" stuff: feminism. But it was done in simplicity, entertaining, and not-that-too-formal-and-boring way. We truly went to a certain extend to make sure the highlighted issue (feminism) is written in a way that readers would not get annoyed to it. Try it. Own the V.
Furthermore, it is foreworded by none other than Sheena Baharudin herself. She is a well-known local spoken word poet who is now already an international star. She is also the author of the poetry book Rhymes for Mending Hearts (published by IanSlip Books, under abang Sufian Abas) and the founder of Numious, an event which gathers local and international poets, especially spoken word poets.
Well, I hope that you guys will get yourself this book. Even Terfaktab said this book is the most rebel book that they had ever published and that this book provides a new dimension in writing, especially in the indie scene. Don't be fooled though, this book is not all about girl power. Guys won't be disappointed too.
As Sheena would say in her foreword, "So yes, there are many reasons to own this book. Maybe you’re bored, maybe you have a BB1M voucher and you want to get the books you’ll never buy with your own money, maybe the title reference tickles your funny bone or maybe you’re genuinely curious about what these writers think about the subject of feminism. Whatever your reason may be, reading this curated collection of writings will leave you reacting. It could be irritation, understanding, approval, or reflection."
You can find my own interpretations on this issue by reading the four short stories entitled:Beza Yang MuliaBingkisan HatiDia Sa-orang PerempuanHari KemenanganSo, have you got the V to own the V?
