I know I’ve been silent for a while, but I’ve been fine. Our lives got a little crazy for a while. There was an extortion attempt against my family which we didn’t give into. All I can say is when people think you have something they can take they will try. Needless to say their plan to get our money to buy a house they can’t afford didn’t work. The result was several indictments filed against our local police officers, and the immediate forced retirement of a 30 year veteran police lieutenant.

Imagine what life is like when the police turn out to be the bad guys.

I have, and will continue to remain silent about the details, but even though our books have always been self-published they will remain in an out of print status. Our extended family and several close friends have been victims of calculated attacks and harassment by the perpetrators leaving us no choice but to put our loved ones saftey above our own interests.

For those who enjoy our stories I deeply regret leaving the storyline unfinished. Just so everyone knows we are fine. Although we’ve had to make changes in our lives we continue to go on.
