How do you get inspired to write?

P.D. Alleva Long walks and music. depending on what I'm writing music choices can be anything from Janis Joplin to Pearl Jam. Sometimes mediation or classical music to calm the mind but that's more typically reserved to combat writers block or beginning the editing process (to maintain focus). Most often I'm listening to Led Zeppelin radio on pandora, which has fit perfectly when writing battle and fight scenes for scifi novels and gruesome folds of darkness for my upcoming horror novel, Golem.
