What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Brianne Moore Don't be discouraged by terrible early drafts. Your earliest efforts at writing a story are going to be word vomit. That's fine! You're just splashing your ideas on the page, really; later you'll go back and polish and refine. Don't think, 'Oh, this first draft is so bad, I'm a terrible writer!' and then give up. Everyone's terrible at the first go! Stick with it, keep working, keep trying, keep improving. You will get better!
