Hi Alice, I absolutely adore your work and was wondering how you came up with the themes of your novels as I really struggle with that when I’m given the homework by English teacher, to challenge me, to come up with something that I would enjoy writing as well as have others enjoy?

I like to write about things I care about! Whether that's particular issues that have affected me personally (like school stress, or mental health, or sexuality!) or whether that's just certain topics that I'm interested in (like podcasts, or fandom, or Shakespeare!) - it just has to be something I care about :) Hope that helps!

Just wondering if that was intentional or you just searched up random actors and found Seb? Just wondering since I don’t have a copy of the book yet and don’t know the context XD.
