Elizabeth Hoyt Actually, I do write contemporary books as well: my next, ONCE AND ALWAYS, will be out February 2015.

I love historicals though because they're a different time and place so it's almost a fairy tale world. Except my fairy tale world has plenty of ogres and witches. ;-)

I loved "Duke of Sin" so much that I had to enjoy in both the print and audiobook versions. Do you have any interaction with the audiobook-making process? For example, do you have any say as to narrator and do you give them any background info or instructions to help them find their characterizations of the protagonists? Do you have a preference as to whether the narrator for your books should be male or female?
