I think it's because some of the book covers are low resolution images if you're copying them from Goodreads. You can resize the images within most blogging platforms but if the original image is low-res, as far as I know there is no way to fix.

Dear Nenia, I'm working on an academic study of Native American themed romantic novels, and am trying to establish where the modern version of the genre has its roots (beyond, say, Puritan captivity narratives and The Last of the Mohicans). The earliest novel of this type I can find is Janelle Taylor's Savage Ecstasy, and I've just read your review of the book in which you call it the OG of Native American romances?
