What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Daisy Dexter Dobbs I love creating fictional worlds and the characters who populate them, then hanging out with my character buddies for hours each day. We spend time at their favorite hangouts (that I created, of course). We laugh and cry together. They give me new ideas, and chastise me for getting some things wrong. So, in essence, the majority of my time consists of doing stuff with the people living inside my head. And...if THAT doesn't make me sound nutty as a fruitcake, I don't know what does! LOL!
