That's interesting, Izabel. You think Capricorn and his gang are not dark? Maybe you feel the darkness differently because it is our world? I think Dustfinger for example is much happier in both Inkspell and Inkdeath because he is home. And all the others love Inkworld so much that they stay....as would I:)

I adore your stories, Cornelia and your original and fearless way of telling them. Often as I'm writing I begin to see my book as nothing special and I fall out of love with it. I find that sometimes it is hard to see myself as a writer or to remember that all authors are simply story tellers like me. How do you keep focused, but most of all inspired and enthralled by your own stories?

Hi, Cornelia! I was just reading InkSpell when this question popped up in my head. I'm actually puzzled about the wonderful quotes at the beginning of every chapter- do you personally choose them, or actually, I don't know, highlight some quotes while reading some other books or are they suggested to you? This is kind of a silly question but I just can't get it out of my mind. Thanks! :)
