Shannon Messenger Sadly, the author is as clueless about this kind of stuff as the reader is. I just write the books. Publishers and booksellers are the ones who decide when and where to stock them. :-/

As for your other question, the answer is also pretty useless. I'm still currently writing the book, so I don't know if it will be the end or not. It's too early to tell.
