This is not a question about one of your books but about this website. Have you or others been having problems with it? Recently, I have had to reset my password twice. I received an upsetting e-mail from an author complaining about a bad review about a upcoming book. I did not even know about the book and would not do a 'star review' without comment. Found another book reviewed but not heard of or read. Upset!
