I am not a fantasy reader, but I absolutely loved The Paper Magician series! I really loved so many things about the plot and characters (particularly because I am very much a hopeless romantic!). I have two questions for you: 1. Which kind of magician would you be? 2. Are you at all similar to Ceony or she purely imaginative? I would love to hear more of this story! Thank you for your hard work!

First, I love your profile picture.
Second, thank you SO much, and I'm thrilled I was able to hook a non-fantasy reader!
As for which magician I would be... I'm stuck between two. Sometimes I want to be a Folder because that's awesome. Other times I would love to be a Pyre because hello, I could throw fire. That would be boss. EVERYONE WOULD FEAR ME. ;)
As for Ceony, I've been told we have many similarities. ;) I think I have a habit of writing introverted protagonists, and with The Paper Magician I wanted to do the opposite. (In case you're wondering, yes, I'm extroverted.) So there are some unintentional similarities. She's a lot braver and far more reckless than I am, though!

I absolutely love TPM series. As a break-out series it's a really fantastic start, but I would love for there to be more... more information in general. More books in the universe of TPM would be amazing even if the story doesn't follow any of the characters from the trilogy. Just having more information about how other magics in that world work would be amazing! Would you consider writing more books in the universe?
