Because believe me, I love everything there is about history and I've read a few of your books and they are amazing! Reading about historic times and events are so fascinating and I just want to know what makes your books unique? Thank you!

hi ashleigh thank you for this lovely question. i am so glad you like the books. i work very hard to make the history books both scholarly and based in archival research but also accessible to all readers. as for the novels, they are very different from the history books. anyway thank you and i hope you enjoy the new one The Romanovs. yrs Simon

I will be listening to your book on the Romanovs. I have been informed that each chapter is preceded by a cast list and that this is extremely helpful. Also maps and family trees are to be found in the book. I must listen to the audiobook since I have poor vision. Is there any way I can obtain access to the lists, family trees and maps? I would appreciate your help. Audible speaks of no accompanying PDF. Thank you!
