Write. Get your ass in a chair. Writing is not done on long walks or research trips to the cinema, much as I love both, it is done with your fingers on a keyboard. I had to have a long hard talk with myself about this. :)
Also, start small and grow. I'm always amazed that so many writers start by trying to write a novel right off the bat. Write a short story, several in fact. Each one will be its own lesson that will prove invaluable down the line, and finishing something will give you a real sense of achievement.

Not a question but just wanted to say how much I'm loving your books, especially the wonderful Bunny tales. An Amazon algorithm led me your way early in January and I'm just reading the last one of the Stranger Times stories now - please, more Bunny, more gay trolls! Can we have some more short stories please?
