Easy Magic for All Kinds of Challenges...
When you feel worried, frustrated, angry, or anything else that's less than fabulous.. and when you face challenges... and when you experience hurt or disrespect from others... try this little exercise.
Imagine a child you love (or a pet, or anyone you love really), and imagine they're upset/ hurt/ angry/ frustrated/ sad... AND they don't understand your language. Now imagine you're giving them a reassuring hug - a hug to reassure them that no matter what happens, you love them. Take note of what that hug feeeeels like.
Next, imagine you're giving that same hug to yourself. Try to get that same feeeeling.
Now, whenever you're in a situation when you're upset, angry, frustrated, frightened, worried, anxious, sad, dissapointed, hurt, concerned.... etc. imagine giving yourself that same reassuring hug. The hug that says, without words, "I love you no matter what." The more you do it, the easier and more powerful it becomes. Watch the magic. :)
Try it! It's much more powerful than it sounds! :)
What you're doing, amongst many other things, is:
* Filling yourself with unconditional love (your superpower)
* Changing your state of mind and focus in the moment
* Changing the rate at which you're vibrating
* Changing damaging patterns and childhood programming
* Changing the course of how the rest of your day goes from then on
* Changing your experience of the people around you on a quantum level
This works on a long-term ongoing basis, but it also works magic in the moment. And the more you do it, the more powerful the results! :)

When There's Too Much Anger or Hurt...
If you can't get past anger or hurt, trying to forgive or use any healing tool can be like putting a bandage on an infected wound. When there is that much damage, the festering, ugly stuff needs to be cleaned out first, before putting a bandage on the clean wound, and then it can heal.
Here's an exercise that is extremely effective in cleaning out the infection so that the healing can begin:
Find a time when you can be alone and undisturbed. Get yourself a cup of tea or whatever else you'd like, and sit down in front of the computer, or with a pen and (large! ;) ) notepad. Think back to the first time you felt this hurt or anger that is now plaguing your life. You're going to write a letter to the person or people who originally made you feel this way. You're going to write a letter to them, but you won't be giving it to them.
The brilliant thing about this is: The subconscious doesn't know the difference between you writing the letter, and that person receiving it! :) The process of writing the letter is registered by the subconscious as you having said those things to the person themselves.
When you write, make sure you are uncensored! Rant and rave, swear, cuss, USE ALL CAPS and lots of exclamation marks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you say absolutely everything that comes to you - even stuff that's completely unreasonable or unfairly accusing. The person is never going to see it.
As far as your subconscious is concerned, you've stood up for yourself, and you've had your say.
When you've finished writing the letter, read it back. Keep it to re-read later if you want to. Once you feel you're finished with it, delete it, or tear it up if it's on paper (some people like to burn it ceremoniously).
After you've done this, try and have a sleep if you can - you'll probably feel drained, and the subconscious processes a lot while you're asleep.
