Lisa spent 30+ years as a corporate marketing executive at global tech firms and high-growth startups. She later leveraged that experience to launch her own successful consulting firm, where she is recognized for making the complex feel manageable and helping overwhelmed founders cut through the noise to focus on what matters most.

As a customer experience strategist, a role shaped by her years in corporate leadership and small business consulting, Lisa understands what it takes to turn satisfied buyers into loyal advocates. Her widely recognized and cited quote—“Happy customers are your biggest advocates and can become your most successful sales team”—has appeared in published business books, article roundups, academic coursework, and university-level Intro to Business exams.

She is also the author of TRADE SHOW 411: THE ESSENTIAL GUIDE TO EXHIBITING LIKE A PRO, released in 2022.

Additionally, Lisa is a featured business leader in the book How to Be an Emotionally Intelligent Leader While Crushing Your Goals by Cheryl O'Donoghue.

Not an author to be limited to a single genre, Lisa's second passion has always been cozy mysteries. From her teenage years reading The Hardy Boys to adult favorites from Agatha Christie, M.C. Beaton, Jill Churchill, and current cozy authors, the love of traditional-style cozies has never faded.

She's currently writing Murder, LLC, the first in her New Hampshire-based cozy mystery series starring protagonist Amanda Philbrook. Anticipated release is late 2026.

When she's not writing, you'll probably find Lisa by the water. A river, lake, ocean, pond, or stream? It doesn't matter as long as it's water.

She can't start her day without a large cup of black coffee, and she sometimes writes key chapters in longhand, pen to paper, because "there's a deep, magical connection that typing on a laptop just can't match."
